San Salvador Treasure

An interesting exhibition of restored work of arts showing the goldsmith's art of Venice during the centuries

Till December 2009 about twenty work of arts from 1300 to 1800, completely restored, will be exposed in the church of San Bartolomeo, so that the visitors could admire the evolutionary stages of the Venetian goldsmith.
Furthermore a reconstruction of an old shop of XVIII century will explain the techniques, the tools and materials of that age.
