Reopening of Grimani Palace in Venice

After 25 years and several restaurations there will be the reopening of Grimani Palace next to Santa Maria Formosa Square.

On December 20th 2008 the prestigious palace was reopened and after a long restauration it can show again its original architecture and the remarkable decorations. The museum of Grimani Palace, that was constituted thanks to the donations of Giovanni Grimani, will support the Archaeological Museum of Venice.
