VENICE CARNIVAL 2009 - Program of Events

On February 14th the Venice Carnival 2009 is beginning.

VeniceBanana is collecting and updating all the info about the program of the official Carnival of Venice "Sensation 2009" and all the other events and concerts in Venice, Mestre and surroundings.

After the 2008 edition of the Carnival, that won the Best Event Awards, the same formula "six senses in six districts" will be proposed this year.
The 2009 editon will be full of events grouped by topics around the Venetian districts. Obviously the traditional events such as the flight of the Angel in St. Mark Square, la festa delle Marie and the competition for the best mask won't be missing!
The news of this year is represented by the competition for the best photos of the Carnival!
