You could also turn right immediately into Rio terà S.Silvestro, go past the homonymous church (turn left and then right) to get to riva del vin and you will see the ponte di Rialto before you to your left.

Cross the bridge and then continue to your right along the Riva del ferro towards the boat stops of line 82 until you get to the turning for Calle larga Mazzini (before the sottoportico Manin).
Now continue straight on for Campo S.Salvador (leave the homonymous church to your right), the mercerie S.Salvador, ponte dei bareteri, mercerie S.Zulian , Campo S.Zulian (with church annex).

You are almost there and all the streets lead to S.Marco but turn right and then left into the mercerie dell'Orologio so that you walk under the Torre dell'Orologio and arrive in PIAZZA S.MARCO with a beautiful view.
